What is your return policy?
We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Provided it's unused and in its original condition.

Who covers return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?
Some items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned. These will be clearly identified before checkout.

When will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched same day (Monday - Friday)
Most UK orders arrive the next working day. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on location and order details. You'll always see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase. Orders over £30 qualify for free shipping.
